Add product options......
I hold a lot of t-shirt stock. One model number from one brand can have up to 60 colours and up to 10 sizes - that's one product with 600 colour and size combinations, and I can supply up to 100 products.
Not having these product options to select on each sale gives me no idea of what my current stock levels are on any given colour or size and doesn't allow me to create a detailed invoice for my customer.
This effectively will make Invoice Expert utterly pointless for anyone dealing in products that have multiple variations.

Allow bulk emailing of invoices
Clicking on 'Recurring Invoices' then 'Currently due invoices'.
Making sure the boxes are checked in the 'select' column.
Clicking 'generate recurring invoices'When I do this, they disappear out of the list of invoices that are currently due. However, nothing is ever emailed out.

Invoice Expert has no option to display total amount of invoice in words which impact on popularity even it has quality modules

Add the Tax number under the last line of the client address. Draw the line under 'Bill to' across the page and put the TAX number next to the address under the invoice and date column

Must Have !!!! Need User Privilege Option .System is not Secure
You need to secure the system by having a option to give different functions to proform by users . At the moment every user can remove past data from the DB. Even a new user can do mistake by deleting a credit invoice and will never be able to track it back .

Write an invoice directly from Product screen.
When you look up a product than you should be able to double click on that product number and print an invoice (with choice of price code and customer)

I wish I could add Vendors and Items on the fly. If the vendor does not exsist, I have to go to Vendors and add them.
I wish I could add Vendors and Items on the fly. If the vendor does not exsist, I have to go to Vendors and add them. Also I need to add a project number to each PO. Then be able to search on the project number and bring up all the parts used in that project. I like the program but it is missing the above feature I need.

Remove decimal places in quantity field
When there is a round number in the item QTY field, 3 decimal places are still printed.

Enable Edit Option for Every Filed to customize regardless of Product/Vendor/Customers
Enable editing for all the field labels. Currently it is possible to add five custom fields, which is great but why limit the software there, I was trying to customize the software for medical stokist counter where product does not have any SKU or Bin location or product number instead they have HSN, Batch No., Expiry Date etc. If a user could edit all the fields as per requirement, it would be more practical. Also the Invoice designer should automatically update the field lists with updated name as user has put. Thanks.

Don't print open/unfilled fields
Don't print unfilled fields (i.e. in the address) on the invoice and quote statements.

Open up data fields to permit changes to field headings (titles) etc.
I am unable to find a way to change the pre-set data column headings. Current titles are irrelevant
