  2. Copy function for Products and Quotes.

    Hi, First off, love the product. Simple, easy to use and has almost all the features required to run small business enterprises.

    What I would really like is a quality of life feature. Simple copy.
    I would like to be able to copy a product and just change what is required, instead of having to recreate the whole product from scratch.

    This would be great for quotes also, I requote a lot with different options and services, instead of having to recreate the whole quote again and again, only to change one or two products is a real time waster.

  3. Enable Edit Option for Every Filed to customize regardless of Product/Vendor/Customers

    Enable editing for all the field labels. Currently it is possible to add five custom fields, which is great but why limit the software there, I was trying to customize the software for medical stokist counter where product does not have any SKU or Bin location or product number instead they have HSN, Batch No., Expiry Date etc. If a user could edit all the fields as per requirement, it would be more practical. Also the Invoice designer should automatically update the field lists with updated name as user has put. Thanks.

  4. Invoice Expert has no option to display total amount of invoice in words which impact on popularity even it has quality modules

    Following code may be developed somewhere to implement the "Invoice Amount in Words" :

  5. Open up data fields to permit changes to field headings (titles) etc.

    I am unable to find a way to change the pre-set data column headings. Current titles are irrelevant

  6. create a report designer to enable useful reports to be created, to be able to include item ID etc to report formats

    Pre-set reports are of little use. The system needs to allow the user to create custom designed reports from data entered

  7. Emails not sent please help

    I use this software in New Zealand and I’m facing few problems such as emails not being sent through and also I can’t areange things around in my template.
    Can anyone help me with email side only for now.

  8. Receiving items on purchase orders

    I'm noticing with purchase orders, its not easy to see a list of items not received. An easier way to see received/not yet received items would make things more efficient.

  9. Product options: Inventory, Non-inventory, Service, Fee

    An option for products should be "Inventory", "Non-inventory" and "Service". These are the most 3 commonly used types across most of the invoice and inventory industry. Inventory and Service already exist but its missing Non-Inventory. Non-inventory items should behave just like Inventory items, except they have no effect on stock levels.

  10. Ability to apply Markup to all products or a select category

    In Settings, Product settings, you have the option to set your pricing markup by cost but no way to apply this in bulk. I would like to see an option here to update the products or a certain category or products in one shot. I currently have over 4000 products available and its quite time consuming to do this manually or as I'm editing individual products. I'd even be happy with an Excel template that would do this via import.

  11. cube, weight

    The cube and weight are necessary for estimating load ability and shipping cost. Many shipping companies charge by cube and weight.
    Please add the ability to enter cube and weight to a product. Also make sure that the totals of each show on the sales forms, quotes and invoices.

    add option to add expenses as a seperate input not related to product or sales to add items such as envelopes, Postage or anything you have to purchase related to the company not to products - general expense

  13. I wish I could add Vendors and Items on the fly. If the vendor does not exsist, I have to go to Vendors and add them.

    I wish I could add Vendors and Items on the fly. If the vendor does not exsist, I have to go to Vendors and add them. Also I need to add a project number to each PO. Then be able to search on the project number and bring up all the parts used in that project. I like the program but it is missing the above feature I need.

  15. Fucntion required to track genereal expenses like, Rent, Electricity bill, Bank EMI, insurence premium etc

    Additional functionality to track general expenses will be a an added advantage.
