Purchase problem: Failure to authorize. Do not honor

When purchasing our software you might receive this error message from our payment processor:
"Failure to authorize: Do Not Honor"

A "do not honor" error message means that the information passes validation on our end and an actual authorization request is sent but the bank is declining the authorization.
The most common cause for this error is that the transaction is showing up as an international transaction (since we are based in Canada) on the bank's end prompting them to decline it.

The best way to resolve this issue is by contacting the card-issuing bank and letting them know that you want the transaction to go through (they will be able to see the authorization attempts) and then replace the order.

If you still receives problems then your purchase session is probably locked because of previous declines.
You must wait 30 minutes, use a different browser or clear your browser cookies and restart your browser so that a new purchase session is used when you replace the order.
