If you would like your footer/notes/totals to appear directly underneath the products section of your templates vs having a large gap, you can simply de-select the "Print at Bottom" checkbox once you have selected the "<" button on the Footer of your chosen template. Once de-selected, be sure to "Save" your template and exit out.
