Create a new company
1. First of all, make sure you know where you database is:

2. You should also make a backup of your database: Settings -> Backup Database (on the right hand side).
3. Then click the Full Menu tab at the top left of the screen, then Switch Company, then Create New Company File. Choose a name and location for your database file.https://invoiceexpert.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/180033-where-is-the-database-file-located
2. You should also make a backup of your database: Settings -> Backup Database (on the right hand side).
4. To switch back to your original company, follow step 3 but choose Open Existing Company File and select your database from step 1.
