Invoice Expert doesn't open in Windows 11

If Invoice Expert doesn't open and no error message appears you could be missing the required .NET framework.
  1. Press the Windows key Screenshot of the Windows key logo on your keyboard, type "Windows Features", and press Enter. The Turn Windows features on or off dialog box appears.

  2. Make sure the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) is checked, otherwise click the checkbox and select OK, and reboot your computer if prompted.
